Statement Proof
Every figure in the statements, proven against its source.
Statement Proof is a financial-statement tie-out built on the same engine as Deixio’s procedures. The AI reads the statements, code proves every figure and places the marks, and you decide only what differs.
Try it
Choose a figure to see how it is proven.
Hover over or tap a figure on the balance sheet. Its marks, its sources and where else it is printed light up.

How it works.
- 01
Start a proof
From the audit’s evidence (“Prove these statements”) or as a new proof. Give it the client’s statements (PDF, scans, Word or Excel), the trial balance and last year’s statements.
- 02
Approve the checks once
The AI reads the statements into lines and figures, with their scales, nil dashes and separators, and proposes the checks: adds up, adds across, agrees to the trial balance, to last year and wherever the figure appears.
- 03
Code proves every figure
Code does each sum and comparison and places every mark. Rounding within your firm’s allowance is noted as rounding. A new draft is proven again where it changed.
- 04
Decide what differs
Decide each point “To decide”, send the client one list of points, then mark a draft FINAL and sign the proof pack.
Status words that stay honest.
A draft is never simply “Proven”. It says what code proved and what could not be read.

What it is for.
- Every figure in the statements proven against its source, and marked by code.
- Decide only what differs; send the client one list.
- A new draft is proven again where it changed.
The proof pack.
- The statements with Deixio’s marks, the points and your decisions, misstatements, the drafts and the legend.
- Stamped pages in a PDF appendix.
- An export of the points for the client.
See your statements proven, figure by figure.
In a demo we run Statement Proof on a sample set of statements: every figure ticked by code, and only what differs left for you.
- A source for every figure
- Human in the loop
- Append-only, hash-chained audit trail
